Bookings & Enquiries

Special event bookings must be made via the Georgia Emily website or online booking system.

All bridal bookings, group bookings, photoshoots, and collaborations must be submitted via the Bridal Enquiry Form. Quotes are provided individually based on location, timing, and number of services required.

Booking Fees & Payments

• All booking fees and deposits are strictly non-refundable.

• A booking is not confirmed until the required booking fee or deposit has been received.

Studio Appointments (Special Events):

• A $50 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure the appointment.

• The remaining balance is payable upon completion of the service.

Group Bookings (Non-Bridal, On-Location):

• A non-refundable travel and booking fee is required to secure the booking.

• The remaining balance is payable upon completion of services.

Bridal & Photoshoot Bookings:

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the date.

• The remaining 50% balance will be invoiced the week prior to the wedding or event and must be paid in full before the event date.

Accepted payment methods include cash, bank transfer, PayID, and PayWave (fees may apply).

Minimum & Maximum Booking Requirements

• Bridal and group bookings require a minimum of four clients, or to the equivalent value of the minimum requirement.

• The maximum number of clients per booking is six, unless otherwise agreed.

• For larger bookings or tighter timelines, a second artist may be arranged at an additional cost.

 Studio Appointment Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

This section applies to bookings made at Georgia Emily’s home studio only.

• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a studio appointment.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours will result in the booking fee being forfeited.

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled, with the booking fee forfeited.

• No-shows will result in automatic cancellation with no refund.

Bridal & On-Location Bookings

• Cancellation and late arrival policies applicable to studio appointments do not apply to bridal or on-location bookings.

• Once a bridal or on-location booking is confirmed, the original quoted amount remains payable in full, even if:

• the number of clients is reduced

• members of the party cancel

• the booking is cancelled

This covers administration, preparation, and loss of availability for other bookings.

Travel

Georgia Emily offers mobile services for bridal and group bookings of four or more clients. Travel and kit handling
fees account for travel time, fuel, administration, parking, insurance, and early morning starts where required.

Clients are responsible for ensuring suitable parking is available. Any parking fees or fines incurred will be charged to the client.

Health & Hygiene

Clients must arrive with clean skin, free from makeup.

Please do not attend your appointment if you are unwell or have any contagious conditions. If Georgia Emily believes
a service poses a health risk, the appointment may be refused and the booking fee forfeited.

Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, skin conditions, lash extensions, or recent facial treatments prior
to the appointment. Georgia Emily is not liable for adverse reactions to products used.

Bridal Trials

Bridal trials are strongly recommended to ensure alignment on the wedding day.

• Trials are charged separately unless otherwise stated in your quote.

• Additional or second trials are charged at the current rate.

• Any additional faces attending a trial will incur additional fees.

Photography & Social Media

Georgia Emily reserves the right to photograph or film completed makeup for portfolio, website, or social media use.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please advise prior to the appointment.

By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
